The Citizens Information website, citizensinformation.ie, provides comprehensive information on public services and on people's rights and entitlements in Ireland. The website covers a wide range of topics, including social welfare, employment rights, housing, health, education, consumer issues and much more. Information is available in both English and Irish and is designed to help people understand and access the supports and services available to them.

AskCI is a new AI tool that helps people navigate the Citizens Information website and find information about their rights, entitlements and public services. AskCI answers questions based only on trusted information from citizensinformation.ie. AskCI also includes links to the source information so users can explore topics in more detail. AskCI can answer questions in more than 50 languages and has speech to text functionality, helping to make information more accessible to a wider audience. AskCI complements the Citizens Information website, phone service and local Citizens Information Centres, making it easier for people to access information in the way that suits them.
