Citizens Information Online
Citizensinformation.ie has current, comprehensive information on social and public services in Ireland.
Citizens Information Phone Service (CIPS)
CIPS is a nationwide service that can be reached on 0818 07 4000, Monday to Friday, 9am to 8pm.
Citizens Information Centres (CICs)
CICs provide free, impartial information, advice and advocacy from more than 180 locations around the country.
The Citizens Information Board funds and supports the Citizens Information Phone Service, the Citizens Information Services, the Money Advice and Budgeting Services, the National Advocacy Service for People with Disabilities and the Sign Language Interpreting Service. Our head office (office hours are 9am to 5:30pm Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm Friday) is located at:

A note on 0818 telephone numbers
Calls to 0818 non-geographic telephone numbers (NGNs) cost no more than calling a landline number and will be included in your bundle of call minutes if your bundle includes landline calls.
