The Citizens Information Board supports the delivery of information through three channels: online, telephone and face-to-face.
Citizens Information Online
Citizensinformation.ie has current, comprehensive information on social and public services in Ireland.
Citizens Information Phone Service (CIPS)
CIPS is a nationwide service that can be reached on 0761 07 4000, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Citizens Information Centres (CICs)
CICs provide free, impartial information, advice and advocacy from more than 260 locations around the country.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Citizens Information Centres are offering a phone and email service.
If you need information and advice, you can email firstname.lastname@example.org, with a telephone number and and an information officer will call you back within 48 hours.
