Abhaile at the National Ploughing Championships 2025

Abhaile, the free, government-funded mortgage-arrears support service, is on site at the National Ploughing Championships 2025 to meet visitors and answer questions about how Abhaile can help with mortgage difficulties. Over the three-day event, Abhaile staff will be highlighting the free, confidential help available to anyone worried about long-term mortgage arrears, which includes expert debt, financial and legal advice.

The team is sharing a stand with a number of other government departments and agencies in the "Building Together" hub in the Government of Ireland village. Drop by for a chat, pick up information leaflets, or book a follow-up appointment.

The ploughing championships is one of Ireland’s biggest outdoor events, and Abhaile’s presence ensures that people from both rural and urban areas can learn about the practical supports available if they are finding it hard to keep up with home-loan payments.
