Data Hub

Welcome to the Citizens Information Board (CIB) Data Hub which houses data from our funded services. Each year, Citizens Information Services (CISs) and the Citizens Information Phone Service (CIPS) assist hundreds of thousands of people with information, advice, and advocacy in relation to their rights and entitlements including social welfare, housing, employment and consumer rights, and public and social services.

The Hub provides an insight into the anonymised data collected by this network of services who offer a free, independent, and confidential service to the public.

The data profiles those who use these services, the type of information and advice they are looking for, the range of queries and concerns raised by the public and the top information categories and trends arising each year.

The data is presented here in individual quarterly statistical reports and as an annual breakdown.
