Citizens Information Board attends launch of National Traveller MABS research briefing paper ‘Gambling Patterns and Problem Gambling among Travellers’

The Citizens Information Board (CIB) attended the launch of the National Traveller MABS research briefing paper Gambling Patterns and Problem Gambling among Travellers in Dublin on 3 September 2026. This exploratory research sets out to provide a better understanding of gambling patterns and behaviours among Travellers.

Attending the event, CIB Chief Executive Graham Long welcomed the publication of the research and highlighted National Travellers MABS important role in promoting financial inclusion and wellbeing within the Traveller community.
