Citizens Information Services 2025 Statistical Summary now live on the CIB website

The Citizens Information Services (CIS) 2025 Statistical Summary is now live on the Citizens Information Board website. The annual summary gives an overview of key data relating to service users and query categories during the year.

The 2025 summary is presented using interactive charts and maps, highlighting year-on-year changes and making the information easy to access.

In 2025, the CIS assisted 384,091 callers and answered 708,862 queries on key topics such as social welfare, housing, health, money and tax, and employment. The summary highlights the valuable work carried out by CIS staff and volunteers assisting the public in accessing their rights and entitlements.
