Citizens Information Online
The Citizens Information website, citizensinformation.ie, was developed to meet customer demands for fast, easy access to comprehensive information on rights and entitlements. The website covers a broad range of subjects: social welfare, employment rights, buying a home, moving abroad, education and much more.
Information on the Citizens Information website is available in both English and Irish. A range of information is also available in French, Romanian and Polish.
The Citizens Information Board also runs a number of other websites:
- Assistireland.ie: a website with a wide range of information on daily living aids and assistive technology
- Gettingbacktowork.ie: a website for jobseekers and people who want to start a business
- Keepingyourhome.ie: a website with information for people in mortgage arrears or people having difficulty paying rent
Citizens Information Board websites, including citizensinformation.ie, received the EFQM (European Foundation for Quality Management) Gold Star Service Excellence Quality Mark in 2014.
