Relate is the Citizens Information Board's monthly journal on legislation and developments in social services and social policy.

EU Supplement is published quarterly (January, April, July and October). It accompanies Relate and provides an update on various EU legal and policy developments.

  The May issue of Relate deals with the Contributory State pensions; a number of changes to the conditions for qualifying for the State Pension (Contributory) are coming into effect in 2012 and others will be introduced between now and 2028. The State Pension (Transition) is being abolished from 2014. Some changes are also being introduced for the Widow's, Widower's or Surviving Civil Partner's (Contributory) Pension. All of these are described.
