Citizens Information Services provide free, confidential and impartial information, advice and advocacy services to the public on social services, rights and entitlements. South Connacht Citizens Information Service is currently seeking to recruit a:
Permanent, Full Time, Galway
Key tasks for the post include the management, training and development of a team of paid staff and volunteers including supervision, support, and engagement in service development projects at a local and regional level. The role will also involve engagement in outreach, publicity and networking activities to promote the service. This role requires excellent management, communication, leadership, staff supervision and customer service skills.
- Full Time Salary: €44,078; €45,496; €46,915; €48,334; €48,869; €50,314; €53,022; €54,252; €55,744; €57,076 (Max); €57,879 (LSI1); €58,682(LSI2) (Long Service Increments (LSI), see candidate pack for further information).
- Probationary Period: This is a permanent position, subject to completion of a 6 month probationary period
