The Citizens Information Board (CIB) is the statutory body which supports the provision of information, advice and advocacy on a broad range of public and social services. CIB provides the Citizens Information website, citizensinformation.ie, and funds and supports the network of Citizens Information Centres and the Citizens Information Phone Service. It also funds and supports the Money Advice and Budgeting Service (MABS), the Sign Language Interpreting Service (SLIS) and the National Advocacy Service for People with Disabilities (NAS). CIB is seeking to recruit a Higher Executive Officer to the HR Team:

Operations Executive - Higher Executive Officer Grade

Full Time, Permanent

This role can be based in one of six Citizen Information Board offices located in Dublin, Cork, Galway, Kilkenny, Limerick or Sligo

Role

The Operations Executive will support the Operations team in delivering a range of compliance matters in the network of Service Delivery Companies, that is, Citizens Information Services, the Citizens Information Phone Service, Money Advice and Budgeting Services including National Traveller MABS and MABS Support CLG, along with the National Advocacy Service for People with Disabilities and the Sign Language Interpreting Service.

Full Time Salary

€48,868 - €63,276 per annum (inclusive of two Long Service Increments (LSI)).
