Citizens Information Phone Service (CIPS) is currently seeking to recruit an Administrator. The role being advertised for is:
Permanent full time Administrator
The Administrator will responsible for the preparation of financial transactions e.g. payroll, pensions, and financial Returns, and render effective administrative support to assist CIPS in the development and maintenance of effective administrative practices that support its role and capacity as a national Citizens Information provider.
- Salary scale: €24,407 - €35,858 (including 2 Long Service Increments (LSI).
- Incremental Credit: CIPS operates an incremental credit process. For further information please see the candidate pack. The decision on whether or not to award an incremental credit is a decision made by the Board and is subject to the availability of funding.

A panel of qualified candidates may be formed from which permanent full time Administrator posts which arise in a specified period up to a maximum of 12 months will be filled, should vacancies arise in this period.
