Citizens Information Board Employment Rights Factsheets

Each of our eight employment rights factsheets covers a specific area of employment rights (including information on tax, social welfare benefits and other relevant information). The information is presented in a straightforward question-and-answer format and each factsheet includes a section on where and how to enforce your rights. You can find more detailed information on employment rights in Employment rights explained (pdf).

These factsheets were published in 2008 and are available to download in pdf format below. Printed versions may be available from your local Citizens Information Centre. The factsheets are also available in accessible formats (large print, audio and braille) on request.
