Accessibility tips
We have done our best to design this website to be accessible to all visitors. The following tips will help you get the most out of this site:
Increasing text size
To increase the text size, use the "A" buttons in the top right-hand corner of the screen. Alternatively, most browsers can also increase text size.
High contrast
To view the site in high contrast mode, click the yellow on black "A" button in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
Bypassing navigation
For users with screen readers, we have provided skip links to jump over collections of links and go straight to content. These links are invisible to sighted users. Press Home to go to the top of the page
Using the Tab Key to jump between links
If you are using a keyboard, try using the TAB key to skip from link to link. All navigation and forms provide a logical order for this.
PDF/Adobe Acrobat format
Some of the information on this website is available in PDF format to provide for easier reading and printing offline. Wherever you come across a publication cover (as illustrated), simply click on it to view the PDF. For visually impaired users, the link or ALT text will include the words ' click to view PDF '
The PDF format is not always accessible (except in the case of PDF documents created with the latest Adobe Acrobat software). Certain documents were created before this software was available.
We have, where possible, provided the same document in either HTML format or in a Microsoft Word or RTF (Rich Text Format) format.
PDF documents on this site require Adobe Acrobat Reader.
