North Connacht & Ulster Citizens Information Service is seeking to recruit an:
Maternity Leave Cover, Full Time (35 Hours per Week)
Key tasks for the post include responsibility for clerical, administration and reception duties and assisting the Development Manager in the work of the information service, maintaining records/files and minute taking, arranging events and meetings, switchboard operation, operation of IT network and dealing directly with clients and non-commercial organisations.
Excellent communication skills, a good level of computer literacy and a Leaving Certificate or equivalent standard of education are required. Experience of working in a busy information environment is desirable.
The Administrator salary scale is currently €24,407- €33,567 per annum.
It is anticipated that new entrants to the Citizen Information Service will be appointed on the 1st point of the scale.
